I've done other DIY stuff but I'm super New to this sewing world... so bare with me!
I've always done creative projects, but it never occur to me to take pictures of my creations until now.
Any ways I'm going to look for my old stuff and try to post the pictures later on. Here are some of my recent stuff.
The Brown/Pink Bag
#1 I started with those Velveteen trousers and a pink satin piece.
#2 I draw the shape of the bag on both, the velveteen and satin cut 2 pieces of each and sew them together.
#3 I place and inside pocket, but I'm guessing you have to do that at the beginning... oh well.
The "Frankie Pillow"
#1 Since this pillow is for my dog I started with an old pillow case.
#2 I Did the later by hand... I'm still not %100 comfortable to do it with sewing machine. ^_^
#3 The final result! *** If your doing this by hand try to sew it as tight as you can because if your dog has long nails, it my ruin the design you made.
The reversible bag
#1 I had an old T-shirt with a cool design and a scrap of black velveteen. I just had to follow Corinne instructions....(thanks)
#2 Side "A"
#3 Side "B"
Floral Canteen Caring Bag.
#1 Choose from the fabrics that you like/have and measure them according to the side of your canteen, put all the pieces together.
#2 You have a brand new bag!.
