everything that could go wrong with this project did go wrong!!! so i pretty much had to make a million adjustments!! which is why there is so much going on with it...it was originally suppose to be a hoodie! but it was my first try at a hoodie, and whatever you wanna call what i ended up with, came out not so bad! please tell me what you think.

thanx! that was one adjustment i made, before cutting the shirt down the middle in the front!

i finally realized why i had so many issues!!! it's not that i sized it wrong, i cut the material the wrong way!! its the kind that only stretches in one direction! and i cut it and sewed it in the non-stretchy direction!! i'm such a dummy!!! :(

but thanx, i'm glad you guys like it!

That turned out so cute!

It's interesting, Isaac Mizrahi said during the book signing last night that the best thing you can do is try stuff and "make big glorious mistakes" and learn from them. Or something like that.

So, you goofed up, but you saved the project, and you learned how not to lay out one way stretch fabric - go you!

Thats pretty adorable!!

The trim reminds me of the stuff on my old baby blanket!
