I dug out my bag of jewellery today to get some photos and I thought I'd share.
These are handmade by me then I paint their cute little faces on and glaze them n_n I think they're adorable, hope you do too. They're all actually for sale so if you're interested let me know.
Let me know what you think =n_n=

Polymer clay, yes? I've really never done much painting on my polymer clay work- I should give that a try. Like, right now.
Thanks for the inspiration!

Ice cube trays are the first one to go to, though you'll probably have your best luck in a thrift store- it seems most new trays don't have a square bottom, or if they do they're those fancy silicone trays and are thus expensive (*for example (http://www.target.com/Perfect-Cube-Ice-Trays-pk-Red/dp/B000O19L0K/ref=sc_ri_3/601-5162431-2136942) *). I also like to use *painting palettes (http://www.dickblick.com/zz030/90/)*- you can get some good round and square shaped ones for cheap at a hobby or art supply store. Mostly, though, I end up using either *specialty ice cube trays (http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html/601-5162431-2136942?asin=B000BIA6NW&AFID=Nextag&LNM=B000BIA6NW|Combination_Ice_Cube_Trays&ref=tgt_adv_XSN10001)*, *candy molds (http://www.candylandcrafts.com/Catalog/halloweenh1.htm)* (also available at all the big-name craft stores I've ever been to), or self-made molds. Sometimes you can find candy molds or specialty ice cream molds at the thrift store- I saw a heart-shaped ice cube tray and a small rocket-ship shaped popsicle mold set I may have to go back for at Goodwill today.
You can make your own mold lots of ways, and I may try and get a tutorial as to how up on my blog sometime soon, so I won't go into that too much- I'm sure you could find mold-making directions via google
They should make the link color something a little bit more stand out than black on black, don't you think? Thar be links in that thar paragraph. Arr.

I second that *faint* took me a while to find them all but they were quite useful, I'll have to bear it all in mind when I go a-hunting

I tried to change the color myself, but apparantly the "link must be black" thing overrides all. I'll put ** around them and make it easier then.
