Alright, to start off I got some generic blank tshirt. I am fortunate enough to have a laser etcher at work so I can make some of the most detailed stencils around.

What I do is I create a vector file and the laser follows the vector lines and cuts thought a piece of transparency paper.
Anyways, I got the stencil and added some pray adhesive so the paint wont bleed.

Here is the result...

Cool huh, then I added a crown and some flowers...

My workplace has one. I am an intern at an IT office on Eglin Airforce Base. We use it to make going away/promotion gifts for pretty much everyone.
Its pretty cool, all you do is make a vector graphic, set the speed and power, and you are all ready to go.
It isnt very hard to do and I see no reason why I wouldnt be able to help you guys out. So how about this, you send me a vector or line art picture, and I will make you a stencil =)

That's pretty kick ass. And the detail is absolutely stunning. I hope you plan on making more, I love to see stencil work ^_^
Just to clarify - you sprayed the back of your stencil with a bit of spray adhesive to keep it down? Very clever. And did you use a special kind of spray paint - do they have a fabric spray paint? And one more question - did the spray paint need heat setting?
Looks awesome. Keep it up.

1. Yes, I sprayed the back with spray adhesive. Elmers to be exact.
2. I just used regular old walmart spraypaint. I found that bright colors like white, bright green, and yellow do not come out that well on fabric.
3. Also, they do have specific fabric paint.
4. I did not heat set the spraypaint, but I did throw it in the dryer for good measure.
I hope I cleared some thing up for ya =D

My questions answered exactly. I only have one thing to try and clarify: Would the results have been better using fabric spray paint? Also: Would indoor, or outdoor standard spray paint work better? I'm trying to think about it practicly, and I would imagine that outdoor spray paint would deal with heat, and normal wear and tear better. Any ideas?
Awesome! I still perfer the classic paper-and-exacto but this is very every nicely done! I wouldn't mind having a few of those stencils you make! As long as you don't get in trouble for it.
Awesome work! I may contact you later for that offer.

I think I used outdoor for a few of my t-shirts and it works better in my opinion. I need to check me out some of that fabric spray paint!
