Costume Party Decor Ideas.

So I'm throwing a costume party this year and Im lacking ideas to decorate my house. So I was wondering if you guys and gals had any ideas or suggestions.

Is it a Halloween costume party?
Anyways, some suggestions I have are balloons with glow sticks inside of them. Black lights. Stuff hanging from the ceiling. If you're not too worried about the fire hazard you could use cool candles. Eh, I can't think of anything else right now.

Cobwebs cobwebs everywhere! You can make these out of paperclips, leftover string or just buy the premade stuff from the store if you want.
What sort of theme are you going for aside from "Halloween"? Like, haunted house theme or some such?

I like to hang those little plastic pumkins and put tea candles in them. I liked to hang them outside but I don't have a tree in the front yard of my new home so I'll probably try in the house this year.
